It’s difficult to tell if you’re going to love a pistol based only on the limited time you spend handling it at the counter of your local gun shop or looking at it online.

Walther understands this and that is why we’re offering a full 30-day money back guarantee on all new Walther handgun models. We encourage you to shoot it as much as you want for 30-days then decide if it is right for you.
Whether you buy it from your local gun shop or your favorite online retailer you can do so with the confidence that you can return it within 30-days for a refund of the purchase price of the pistol + tax. Walther Arms, Inc. will provide you with a shipping label to send the firearm back to us at no cost to you.
What Is Refunded?
Original purchase price of the firearm (up to MSRP as listed on this website) + Sales Tax (as shown on your receipt)
What Is Not Refunded?
- Shipping charges paid to the retailer
- FFL transfer fees
- Background check fees
- Any dealer processing or restocking fees
- Refund will not exceed MSRP shown on this site.
- Returned firearm must be returned unmodified with all original package contents.

The process is simple.
- Visit Walther Owners Club
- Click “Return a Firearm”
- Fill out the form with your contact information.
- Upload a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Submit the form.
- Print the return label that will be emailed to you.
- Place the unloaded pistol back in the original case and into a cardboard box with the shipping label.
- Drop off at approved FedEx location.
- Receive your refund within 4 to 6 weeks.
Terms & Conditions
- If CONSUMER is not satisfied with his or her purchase, CONSUMER can return the product(s)/equipment to WALTHER for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase/acquisition date, as determined by Dealer receipt/invoice.
- Refund will include the cost of the firearm and tax only. Shipping charges and FFL transfer fees are not refundable.
- Refund will not exceed MSRP pricing shown on this website.
- Product(s)/equipment for return must be packaged to ensure safety and sent to WALTHER in strict accordance with the shipping instructions provided to the CONSUMER via email. ALL PRODUCT/EQUIPMENT RETURNS MUST INCLUDE A COPY OF WALTHER’S FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSE ("FFL"). CONSUMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PRINTING AND INCLUDING WITH HIS OR HER SHIPMENT A COPY OF WALTHER’S FFL, WHICH WILL BE PROVIDED TO CONSUMER BY EMAIL. CONSUMER MUST ALSO INCLUDE A COPY OF THEIR VALID ID.
- NO AMMUNITION CAN BE INCLUDED IN THE SHIPMENT.
- All shipments shall be postmarked no later than 30 days from purchase/acquisition date (as reflected by DEALER receipt/invoice, not the date the CONSUMER took ownership of the product(s)/equipment). Following receipt, WALTHER will inspect the item to ensure it has been fired and remains in good condition and free from signs of damage or abuse, and that all parts/accessories, including but not limited to magazines, are included. If the product/equipment meets such criteria and passes inspection, CONSUMER will be issued a full refund via check mailed to the address provided on return request form within 4 to 6 weeks.
- WALTHER reserves the right to decline or refuse any refund if the product(s)/equipment fails the inspection process (due to missing parts or otherwise) or is returned outside the 30-day return period. Law Enforcement models, Colt models and used guns are not included.
- Offer applies to brand new Walther Firearms purchased with the past 30 days. Walther reserves the right to cancel or change this promotion at any time.
